The biggest downside to the Keto diet is that it requires you to adapt your diet which can take between one and two weeks. In addition, it can result in irregularity and it also means that certain food groups will either be banned or limited. The Keto diet can cause high cholesterol in those who are genetically predisposed. Worse still, it prevents you from interacting well with your social groups.

What is the difference between keto and Atkins?
