What is the difference between keto and Atkins?

Both these diets are designed for weight loss. Whereas the Keto diet does not necessarily force you to forego completely carb-rich foods, it does recommend that you do not consume such foods. Initially, the Atkins diet will be very restrictive and will force you to only eat nuts and seeds as well as chees and fats. Even so, Keto is the more restrictive diet.
